All training sessions are held in the diving pit or the water confidence pool at the Hemel Hempstead Leisure Centre.

Monday 5 - 6 pm - (12U)

Wednesday 6.30 - 7:30 pm (All squads)

Friday 5 - 6 pm (13-18 Squad)

Friday 6 - 7 pm (U12 & U15 Squad)

Sunday 11 am - 12 pm (15U & 13-18 Squads only)
